Cálem Cellars Guided Tour

We’ll meet at the Cálem wine cellars, on the banks of the river Douro, at your selected time. Here we’ll start a guided tour of the bodega to find out all about how the famous Porto wine is made. Guided by an expert wine-maker, we’ll delve into the cellars and find out some of Cálem’s most interesting stories, as well as what it is that makes these port wines so special.

We’ll also visit the winery’s interactive museum to find out more about its history. After visiting the winery, we’ll finish the hour-long tour in the bodega’s shop where you can buy souvenirs and gifts to truly remember your trip.

When booking, you can choose between 3 options:

• Tasting of 2 wines: At the end of the visit, you’ll enjoy a tasting of two wines in the cellars.
• Tasting of 3 wines: In addition to visiting the winery, you’ll taste three local Port wines.
• Tasting of wines, chocolates and cheeses: We’ll end the visit with a tasting of three superior quality wines, chocolates and cheeses.
